• HI, since yesterday after clicking on Place Order, the Payment page will not show. Instead the following error will pop up: Error processing checkout. Please try again. I am getting a 500 error on /?wc-ajax=checkout… and in the woocommerce fatal error log Uncaught mycryptocheckout\api\v2\Exception: Retrieve keys do not match: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX (key here) on line 219 of this file: API.php:219

    Again, before yesterday everything was fine. I tried rolling back the plugin version but that wouldnt help. My license has 6 months left.

    I don’t see any weird error messages in the API server log with that domain.

    What happened since yesterday? Did you change anything? Clone the site or something?

    Nothing that I can think of, except Woocommerce payments. However, that has been running for a while and I hadn`t received any complaints until today. I have been trying to disable various plugins to see if there is a conflict, but so far nothing.
    I have sent an email to [email protected] with logs and basically everything I could think of that would be helpful.

    Any luck on this? I’ve encountered this same error (Error Processing Checkout. Please try again) with a different platform, also WooCommerce. It also has a 500 error on ?wc-ajax=checkout
