“Error Processing Checkout”

    Hello,

    I installed the plugin correctly, put my sandbox ID+Password
    Go to my checkout, see the PayPal option, Tick it, click on “Place order”
    And this message appears directly, can’t open PayPal :

    Any ideas about what could be the problem?

    Thanks per advance, ??

    PS: I tried my Live ID and problem remains the same
