Hi @kn9 and @greatiwhales ,

We are not able to reproduce the issue with our configuration but we have updated the plugin to the latest version and also added the console.log for the debugging purpose. could you guys please update the plugin to the latest version (1.5.0) and check with console and let us know what’s the issue at there so that i can understand the issue and do the required changes in the code.

Hi @scoreytime ,

It seems like it’s conflicting with other plugin or theme that’s why it’s fail the AJAX call.

Can you please deactivate all other plugin and try it with default theme and let me know if issue exist. Also, please enable the error reporting (wp-debug) to see if is there any php errors at there.

Thank you! The conflicting plugin was “User Switching” v1.5.4

I disabled the plugin and the menu import works great.
