error: Problem with save fb feed.

    Hello,

    I’ve connected to FB – success tokens have been applied. When I go to create the feed, I am able to see the Page, when I click save I get “error: Problem with save fb feed.”

    Dear Jeff,

    Could you please try the following steps? It will most likely resolve the problem, however, I should note, that the feeds you have created will be removed.

    Go to Facebook Feed WD > Options page and press Uninstall.
    Uninstall the plugin by following the steps in this video.
    Navigate to Plugins page and delete Facebook Feed WD.
    Reinstall and activate it.

    Afterwards, please authenticate with your account and recreate your feeds.

    Let us know if the problem persists.
