    Hi

I activated the Packstation-Option in the PlugIns setting.

It allows my customers to enter a Packstation complete with PostNummer and Packstation Nummer as shipping adress in the front end of my shop.

But in the backend, when I want to print a label, i receive the following error message:
SOAP-ERROR: Encoding: object has no ‘streetName’ property

    What did I miss?

    Best regads

Please make sure that the “Sender address” is set in the DHL Paket settings page.

    It is.
The label printing for regular adresses works fine.
I just get this error message when sending to a Poststation.

Can you send the DHL log file to “dhl [at] progressusmarketing.com”, so we can find the problem.

    Hello,
I will, but I have to anonymize the personal customer data in the Logfile.
I will send you the part of the Log with the error only if possible.

    I#ve sent the log.
it contains one success and one error.

I got a Mail delivery failed notice for this email adress.
550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable.
And yes, I replaced the [at] with @

Are you using the “Company” to add the postnumber or the new feature released recently? If it is the former, then this will not work so please use the new feature.

    Thread Starter stoffpalast

    (@stoffpalast)

I have no idea as I did not find any feature to choose from here.

I just installed the plugin. My current version is Version 1.3.4.
How do I find out if I use the Company or the new feature? Is there a setting?
I am using Checkout Field Editor PlugIn for woocommerce.
The shipping fields that re configured there are:

    shipping_parcelshop_post_number
    and
    shipping_parcelshop (a checkbox)

    I think the Paketbox-ID goes to shipping_adress_1

    Does this help?
    Best regards
    Oliver

Yes, that does help. The “Checkout Field Editor Plugin” does not integrate with the DHL for WooCommerce plugin, you should configure these settings to use Location Finder on the frontend – https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/3722844/e7b56d903574eb8adaf8ad5a61257321

    Ah ok.
I deactivated the Packstation-Fields in the Checkout Field Editor and activated the packstation finder.
Unfortunately the Finder is not mobile friendly.
A user CAN search for a packstation but when he chooses one on the map, it is not obvious how to finally select it. The Button to do so does not show up and the user needs to scroll:

What is the problem exactly? Checkout Field Editor changes the IDs of the necessary fields?
Is there maybe a workaround I could implement in my childs theme functions.php like populating the correct field IDs with the right values after an order is made or so?

    Plugin Author Shadi Manna

    (@shadim)

You can override the default arguments sent to DHL and placing your own custom fields by placing this in your functions.php file

You can also override the template found here “/templates/checkout/dhl-parcel-finder.php” by placing it in your child theme, to override the finder design.
