Error previewing Yuki’s theme

A few months ago, I could preview the Yuki News Magazine theme with my own content and customize it (without activating it), but now I get an error page and it won’t let me see anything, it just shows “loading” (https://vinculouroboro.com/wp-admin/customize.php?theme=yuki&return=https%3A%2F%2Fvinculouroboro.com%2Fwp-admin%2Fthemes.php).

WordPress has sent me an email saying there is an error with this theme. I deactivated the plugins before previewing it, but it still doesn’t work. My website and the theme I’m currently using work fine, so I’m wondering what it could be due to. I have been emailed the following message:
