    Looks like for whatever reason, the code wasn’t able to find any check-ins for the user. If it’s a brand new user that could be the case, or at minimum perhaps the cached data hasn’t refreshed yet with new data.

    However, if it’s a long existing user with many check-ins, then something else is going on.

    What’s the user name, if you’re willing to share that much?
