Cache plugins are very unintuitive, and they don’t understand if some content is dynamic in some page. That’s why you shuld exclude the forum page from your cache plugins. All cache plugins have an option to exclude certain page from caching. wpForo has its own powerful cache system, so it doesn’t need to be cached by your plugin.
