    You comment preview plugin is probably interfering, but we need to know more about the other users configuration (IOW, OS version, browsers and versions, firewalls and versions).

    OS – Windows XP Home SP2
    Firewall – Norton Internet Security 2003 Ver6.04.35

    Ask him to try posting a comment with his firewall disabled.

    it appears the firewall is the issue. i’ve looked at some posts addressing this issue and think we’ve got it taken care of. thanks for the help!
