I have the same problem (last version wordpress + last verions pluggin)
-> Many users can not let a comment on my blog. This is realy too bad.
A not acceptable solution is to turn off cache or use another brownser ! This are not solutions !
The only solution is to correct this pluggin. It have to be every-user friendly.
So for now I have desactivated this pluggin. This is too bad since I realy like it.
But this bug is to anyioning.
Please correct it !

Same here. I had someone send me a message on Facebook telling me that they were getting an error message that the captcha was giving them an error. I tested it myself and got the same error. It was working fine up until this week.
