Error Please Authorize Facebook Application.

Hello,
I have always this error : Facebook Publish: Please enter Application ID and Secret Key
But I create a new APP with video https://wpnik.com/web/how-to-setup-facebook-publish-wordpress-plugin/, I put secret key and application ID in the form. but I Have error : Facebook Publish: Please enter Application ID and Secret Key
Wordpress : 4.1.23
Facebook publish : 1.5Can you help me ?
