Error: PHP not running

WordPress: Error: PHP is not running
I have the same problem as the person who created the above thread. I can’t run the PHP install file. But I still don’t know how to fix it. It says PHP isn’t running. Yet when I go into PHP MyAdmin in my cpanel [Starszz] I have some kind of PHP showing up, don’t I? My WordPress database is there. I can also see the WP files in Filezilla and in my file manager. It even has the changes I made to the configuration file [php]! But I can’t change information in PHP MyAdmin like the other person can. It makes no sense. How do I make PHP run?
I’m a www.remarpro.com and Starszz newbie! Somebody help me!
