Error PHP not high enough but it is 8.1

It’s probably a problem with your WordPress and PHP, not a plugin. Uploading the plugin via FTP will probably work.

I get the same error message, and it tells me I must have 7.4 or higher. I have that.

You should update your php instead of waiting for me to change the readme.txt.

Although deprecated, if you want to update the plugin without updating php, you can download the plugin as a zip file and install it by rewriting “Requires PHP: 8.0” in the readme.txt to your version.
