Error: PHP is not running

  • Dear, I installed on my notebook the Apache/2.2.14 (Win32) PHP/5.3.1 and MySQL version 5.1.43-community. All these applications are working perfectly when I try to install Worpress (wordpress-3.8.1-pt_BR) via wp-admin/install get the message below.
    The operating system is Windows 7 64 Bit and skype is not installed, can someone help?

    WordPress requires that your web server is running PHP. Your server does not have PHP installed, or PHP is turned off.
