    Hi,

Please could you send us a copy of the latest full backup log?

This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Regards,
    Bryle

    Hi @bcrodua ,

The full log contains sensitive information, for example the full tables names with unique prefix. Is there any way to share this privately? Or perhaps you can tell me exactly what are you looking for there besides the lines where with the error that I already copied.

Is the first time someone report a bug in /updraftplus/methods/googledrive.php ?

    Regards,
    Ignacio

    Hi Ingnacio,

Please could you re-authroise with Google Drive?
After confirming the authorisation on the orange screen and being returned to WP Admin, does the success message include your account name and quota usage?

    Bryle

After re-authorization it shows two messages:

“Correcto: has autenticado tu cuenta Google Drive” (Correct: you have authenticated your Google Drive account)

“Google Drive: Aún no se ha obtenido una se?al de acceso desde Google – tiene que autorizar o re-autorizar su conexión a Google Drive” (Google Drive: An access signal has not yet been obtained from Google – you have to authorize or re-authorize your connection to Google Drive)

    Hi,

Can you please try wiping out settings in the “Advance Tools” tab.
This will completely reset the locks and should eliminate the issue.
It will unfortunately necessitate setting up your UpdraftPlus options and remote storage again.

Also, if you have any caching or security plugins installed, please deactivate it temporarily.

    Regards,
    Bryle

I already tried that yesterday, but the issue continue.
Now I switched to Dropbox and it’s working fine.

    Thanks,
    Ignacio.

I have the same problem. I’ve done this hundreds of times. Integration with Google Drive just stopped working.

    Hi @maciejsb
I believe that’s a bug, but as this is a one time setup and forget, nobody notice it stopped working.

    Hi @maciejsb @nachocomar,

Thanks for raising this issue again.

I will ask my colleagues to investigate the issue. Will provide updates soon. In the meantime, please use other remote storage like Dropbox.

    Best Wishes,
    Bryle

Hello @bcrodua, any updates on this case?

    Best wishes,

    Hi Maciej,

    Apologies for the delay.

I’ve done several testing and I can’t replicate the issue on my end.

Can you do these tests on your site, please?
    – Deactivate all other plugins
    – Switch to default WP theme (Twenty Twenty or other themes)
    – Reduce split archive size to 25Mb. This can be in the Settings > Show Expert Settings > Split archive size

Hopefully, we can find the culprit.

    Thanks,
    Bryle
