    There was an error processing your order. Please check your payment method for charges and review your order history before reordering.

    What could be happening? The payment in stripe enters but in woocommerce the order is completed but does not send mail or anything ….

    But this message appears to the customer.

    Have you made any changes to the website recently? This could be adding or removing plugins or custom code, updating the theme or plugins, etc.

    Please share a copy of your site’s System Status to understand your site setup. You can find it via WooCommerce → Status → Get system report → Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com. After that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.

    Also, did you have Stripe debug mode enabled? If you didn’t can you please follow the steps below?

    • Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → Stripe → Settings → Advanced
    • Enabled debug mode and save the changes
    • Try to run a test order to trigger the issue, this should generate error logs
    • Go to WooCommerce → Status → Logs and look for Stripe errors
    • Share them with us
