I did see something going on in this form.

The min amount for PayPal is 1.00 USD and 0.5 USD for Stripe, I see the fields are configured to 1.0 JPY which is less than min required on PayPal and stripe. https://monosnap.com/file/o0GBjzCROU6MHZOqe97rM9c1yCC6Ql

Could you please try a different value on your side and check if the issue is gone?

Kindly also enable the form to load from Ajax on Form > Behaviour just to prevent any caching issues.

The Japanese yen has 0 after the decimal point, so set it to 0.
The amount is set at 300 yen (US dollar 2.73).
I get the same error in JPY.
With USD, there is no problem and no error occurs.
If it is set to JPY, it is an error, so what is the cause?

If it is Japanese Yen (JPY), any number will result in an error.

Yes, it should be inside the wp-content > mu-plugins folder, it was an issue in the decimal amount, we reported it to developers and we are going to improve it in the plugin, please keep it updated.
