Error Password Recovery

  • HI There,

    I’ve used this plugin successfully for sometime. Recently the password recovery form has stopped working and I get this error “Email failed to send for some unknown reason.”

    I couldn’t find any other reports of this issue. Any clues as to why? The site is still sending emails perfectly and registration forms etc. all working.

    Please make sure you have entered

    From Email
    Reset Password Link Mail Body
    New Password Mail Subject Body

    in the plugin settings section.
