We’re sorry to hear that you are having a problem with running SEO Data Optimization on your setup.

To narrow down the cause, we would like some more information.
    – When you run the SEO Data Optimization, are any JavaScript errors appearing? If you are not sure how to check for JavaScript errors this guide may help: How to find JavaScript errors with your browser’s console? If any error seen, can you describe us or send us the screenshot highlight the error?

You can use any image sharing service like https://pasteboard.co/, https://snag.gy/, https://imgur.com/, https://snipboard.io/, or even upload the screenshot to your own website. Once you upload it an image sharing service, please share the link to the image here.

    – Does the issue resolve if you clear your cache and cookies?
    – Does the issue resolve if you use a different browser such as Chrome or FireFox?
    – If you have any browser plugins/extensions, does disabling them resolve the issue?
