• Hi

I played around with a plugin to get the site looking like i wanted it to. but when i did i accidentaly made an error and this is what i get now.
    my site
i have been looking through help documentation without any success. The problem is that i dont have the files on my computer, i only access the website through the wordpress website. I have tried to use filezilla, but i get errors all the time, i have never given any account access with ftp, if that is something that has to be done. I dont know which account to use to access the ftp server aswell, i have one account i use to login on the /wp-admin site an another which my account is registered to.

I really need help with this, the site is down and i cant do anything.

    Thanks in advance

  • Hi,

You’ll definitely need to get FTP access to fix that issue. You need to FTP in and usually you can just rename the plugin folder that is causing the issue.

Can you get FTP access from either your host provider or whatever web developer you’ve worked with?
