Hi,

I got really excited about this plugin, but unfortunately cannot get it to work.

When I try to pin an image, it gives me the said error: Parameter ‘image_url’ (value wp-content/path-to-image.jpg) is not a valid URL format.

The image is also not being captured. I’ve tried it on multiple different WP Themes – including original Twenty’s – same thing on all.

Plugin Author, please kindly consider that I cannot have this plugin activated at all times because it’s not working, therefore, I will only be able to provide a link to the website and activate it for you once you confirm that you’ve seen this request.

The issue was quite simple – you’re using relative image urls on your website (/image1.jpg instead of https://address.com/image1.jpg). Quite honestly, it was the first time I saw that on a WordPress website (that’s why the plugin didn’t cover this situation). The fix was quite simple – to make sure a full address is passed to Pinterest.
