• After clicking on confirmation link, the email is succesfuly added to list but on the other hand the visitor is redirected to “SUBSCRIBE ERROR – Something went wrong while trying to send information.” page.
Function sg_create_subscribe_general_error_page() is called even though everything seems to be done well.

    Hello.

We have tried to replicate this issue but we were unsuccessful in doing so.

When the user clicks on a subscription confirmation link, two calls are made to SendGrid. One is to add the Contact and then one is to add the Contact to your Contact List.

Our best guess is that the second call fails somehow. When you say that the email is successfully added to the list, do you see it on this page https://sendgrid.com/marketing_campaigns/ui/all_contacts or both on this page and the Contact List page?

If you do not see it on the Contact List page, please try to create a new contact list on the SendGrid Dashboard and select it in the plugin widget settings page. Then try to create another subscription and see if the error still replicates.

    Thank you,
    SendGrid

I am getting this error as well.

Something went wrong while trying to send information.

Interestingly, I have never defined that page. Apparently it is reusing the page with the widget on it.

Also, when I go to my dashboard in SG, I now cannot find any records of contacts or subscriptions, although I now have a list that shows up on
    https://sendgrid.com/marketing_campaigns/ui/contacts

When I click on a list that I defined, no contacts are listed.

Just earlier today, I did see some, that seemed to indicate that sends were sent, opened, and clicked. BUT THEY DISAPPEARED LIKE MY LAST ANNUAL BONUS!

    I updated my pseudo-org-mode.
