Error page when selecting Series

  • Hi,

    I use the plugin Organize Series on two different websites (but with the same theme, same wp version, etc).
    Now recently for one site the plugin is not working. For instance when I select a certain series it sends me to error 404 page and I can see this error message at the top of the page:
    Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /customers/d/3/1/ingeborglunenburg.nl/httpd.www/wp-content/themes/catch-evolution-pro/inc/custom-header.php on line 548

    After reinstalling the plugin again and creating a new Series from scratch it still gives the same error message.
