Error page Missing

Hi! thanks for your lovely plugin.

I’m having an issue with our clients trying to download pdf invoices from their account page.

It ends with a white page saying: No tienes permisos suficientes para acceder a esta página. Razón: clave de acceso vacía

Translated: You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page. Reason: empty access key

already gone through the debug option but the output is the same. Changed the access type to all users and have the same output…

Works on attached invoices but not when users try to download from the account page.

what can be happening?
