Error. Page cannot be displayed FUN TIMES:)

hi, So this is a weird one to me. If you open this page on any non e commerce page this error is coming up. (Error. Page cannot be displayed. Please contact your service provider for more details. (26)). I get what this error is but it is coming up on the inside of the page and we had done some updating to the site and it does not show up if you launch the site when you are logged into the backend. Any thoughts would be very much appreciated. Yes we called the service provider and they were zero help but would gladly fix it for a fee even though everything is plugged into this provider. Thanks in advance
