    Hi,

    Check the action URL in the plugin settings, it should be:

    https://mytimetoprofit.us15.list-manage.com/subscribe/post?u=aec9a8f997800c6db536589f0&id=1e55e7a984

    And you seem to have this in that option at the moment:

    form action=

    Which shouldn’t be there. Just the URL.
