    I have some kind of error output appearing at the top of my page where the plugin is implemented. Here is the shortcode:[a-z-listing post-type=”page”]

    This has appeared recently, I’m guessing due to the wordpress 5.0.2 update.

    Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\a-z-listing\classes\class-a-z-listing.php on line 215

    The line of code that it is referencing says: $query[‘child_of’] = $section->ID;

    The webpage is on a locale server, so you won’t be able to see it, but the notice appears as it does above^^^

    First thing is to ensure you’re running the latest version of the plugin. It looks like you’re running an older release and the more recent version might have fixed the issue.

    I haven’t seen this problem myself, but will try to do some testing later this evening (UK time) to see if I can replicate it on the most-recent version.

    Sorry about the delay replying ??

    2 Updates have been applied since I created this topic, and it is still outputting this error message.

    Hi,

    I’m really sorry this took me so long to get to; I mislaid the note to follow up and work on this ?? Thanks for giving me a prod…

    The good news is I’m rolling version 2.1.4 right now which fixes your issue ??
