ERROR: option does not exist

I create the shortcodes in less than 5 seconds.
I uninstalled, installed again.
I deleted with the query (anyway option_name=’_transient_abd_next_shortcode_id’ is null)

But nothing, nothign works. I still get the error.
How can I fix this?
