Error opening (result.total.common.php)

  • Iam using the wp-survey-and-quiz-tool.2.14.1 to make a survey, iam having a problem when i try to see Total results i get this mensage:
    “Warning: require(result.total.common.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\xampp2\htdocs\interagindo.com\wp-content\plugins\wp-survey-and-quiz-tool\pages\admin\surveys\result.total.script.php on line 7

    Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘result.total.common.php’ (include_path=’.;C:\xampp2\php\PEAR’) in C:\xampp2\htdocs\interagindo.com\wp-content\plugins\wp-survey-and-quiz-tool\pages\admin\surveys\result.total.script.php on line 7

    It seems like it is not find a php file named: result.total.common.php. I when to the directory folder and it is real not there.

    Can somebody help me???

  • I had the same problem when installing the plugin through the plugins page within WordPress, for some reason that file is missing. If you download the plugin manually and upload through FTP it will work.

    Installing it manually did not work for me. I cannot find the completed surveys. I receive the following errors when I attempt to view the total results.
