Error: Ony user name can be used for login

    Error: the username [email protected] is not registered on this site. If you are unsure of your username, try your email address instead.

    my customers fail to login to my website (my account) section using their email accounts. they can only get permission if they use user name. So looking for the solution. dont want to install further plugins. for me this “my account” default page is enough.

    further, the email address my customers or i as test basis already registered email addresses.

    Could you please tell us if you have any third-party security plugin installed that might be affecting your login issues?

    If you are not sure, please share a copy of your site’s System Status with us. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Yes you are right dear Joseph. I just found it was Itheme problem. there setting restricted for customers to login through customer name only. now i have changed to both customer and email address. so it was due to security plugin. Thanks God that i have got it already but still thank you very much for reply. So any one who is facing same problem go for security checks settings.
