Error on ‘Write Page’

I’m getting an error on ‘Write Page. It worked when I was using a nightly, but broke with a recent upgrade to a newer nightly. I figured the proper release of 1.5 would fix it, but it hasn’t. Here’s the error:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/outpt73/public_html/steve/wp-admin/admin-functions.php on line 617

I’ve tried deactivating all plugins, but that didn’t work. I ran the upgrade script.

Any ideas?
