Error on /w3dev-ban-users.line 64

  • I am trying to activate the pro version of Ultimate ban. The plugin will not activate. It gives an error:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare w3dev_plugin_add_settings_link() (previously declared in /bubba/wp-content/plugins/ban-users/w3dev-ban-users.php:63) in /bubba/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-ban-users/w3dev-ban-users.php on line 64

    Thanks for your messages. It looks as though you have both versions of the plugin installed, so this www.remarpro.com version and the Ultimate Version from CodeCanyon. Please disable the free version from the plugins page in your WordPress backoffice. I’ve dropped you a message from CodeCanyon, if you can kindly send me an email I will follow up with you to resolve this issue.

    When I delete the free version and then try to activate I get this:
