    Hello,

My clients have pointed out an error today.

When they are connected on my site and they choose the capacity of a variable product this error message appears:
“please select some product options before adding this product to your cart”

This message does not appear when they are disconnected and when I disable your plugin.

I tried to change the theme without result. It only works when I disable Back in stock notifier.

    How to solve this error?

    Thanks,

    Hello there,

    Good day!!

    We’re here to assist you.

We have tested your given URL and noticed that our plugin “Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce” is inactive on your end. Could you please activate it and let us know so we can see the problem in action?

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

Thanks for activating the plugin and informing us.

We have tested your URL and it seems to be working great (i.e. the selected variation is being?added to the cart without the error message-“Please select some product options before adding this product to your cart”). We were trying to reproduce your reported error on our end, but unfortunately we were unable to. We would like to inform you that we use the WooCommerce stock status?to display the subscription form rather than by selecting the quantity.

However, if you are experiencing the same problem still, we suggest you try the following:

1.Deactivate all other plugins (temporarily) except “WooCommerce” and our “Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce”, along with switching back to another default?theme or storefront (temporarily) to see if the problem persists. Sometimes this issue may arise as a result of a theme.

    2.Purge your site cache.

3.On variable product pages, choose a variation of the variable product, before using the “add to cart” button.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

I reactivated the plugin to 1PM because I impact my site with this test.

If you tested after 1pm it is normal that it works because the plugin is deactivated.

Moreover, this behavior occurs only for a connected user (but not for the administrators)
