Everything was fine and perfect before using this plugin. As i installed this and network activated it problems started rising.

First i noted the error on the main site, and i thinked that it was maybe cause i choosed to optimize images on upload, so i went an deactivated tht option. I discovered i was not that, than i increased the time betweek images to 3 seconds that was not the problem either.

I had to remove the plugin to make the problem go away and be able to upload some media. The issue has come back with the 4.2.3 version of WordPress and i dont really know why.

It would be helpful to know what the “problem” is? What error are you getting?

Also, you need to turn on EWWW’s debugging option, and post the debug output from the settings page, and any other errors you might be seeing.

    this is ewww debug info

The problme is we cannot upload anymore media to our network cause it gives ” An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.”

I tried disable all plugins by renaming the plugins folder and the error become HTTP error.

This all started after we installed the ewww plugin, since than even after deactivating it we have the same problems. Even with the default wo theme

Can you post a link to an example of an image that is causing problems? Nothing in your settings jumps out at me. You’ve dropped the png optimization levels, disabled resizes, all the things that would be likely to help, but those errors generally indicate the optimization is timing out, likely upstream at the apache server level.

Thanks for such a fast response, there is not a particular image that cause this problems. Every single image that we try to upload gives that error.

I just noted now that if i use the browser uploader and not the multi-file uploader things go good.

I repeat never had this issues before activating ewww, also in the mean time 4.2.3 update occured so i am not 100% sure this is caused by ewww.

But it only happens when EWWW is enabled, right? Or does it also happen even with EWWW deactivated when using WP 4.2.3?

Also happends when ewww is disable, never happened before enabling ewww the first time.

I used the firefox developer tools and i got the following reponsnse when uploading an image:

Aha, that indeed is a problem. Some other plugin is injecting code improperly into the AJAX response. It seems to be something to do with ‘ticket manager’? Not sure what that would be, but if you can’t pin it down from that, I’d disable all plugins (even EWWW) and then build back up from there until it breaks again.

I think i know, i asked someone to change the position of a menu inside the dashboard ( it was outputted after the setting menu and i wanted it to be under the dashboard menu) will revert thoose changes and see if it fixes the thing out.

Thanks very much for all your answers, really appreciated.

    My website is pallareviews.com
I’m getting HTTP error when uploading images. But little later, I find that the images are uploaded. But the thumbnails are not showing properly…I have Wordfence security plugin with Falcon cache enabled. Is it causing any conflict. But I want to keep the Wordfence with Falcon cache..
