    Getting error repeated Warning: posix_getpwuid() has been disabled for security reasons in … /class-wp-filesystem-direct.php on line 199
    It seems to have updated ok though

    This is 100% definitely an issue with your hosting provider. Please contact them and ask how to get rid of it.

    Good luck!

    Oh, and if at some point updating doesn’t work, then you can try manually uploading the plugin via FTP and see if that helps.
