    Hello, I get this error on top of the page:

    [REQ_ERR: 403] [KTrafficClient] Something is wrong. Enable debug mode to see the reason.

    Can someone help me with that?

    – Tried disabling all plugins. Didn’t help.
    – Tried to change the theme to default Twenty-Twenty. Still getting the error.
    – Tried changing the PHP version. Also didn’t help.

    Update:

    Tried to disable debug mode. Didn’t help.

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );

    // Disable display of errors and warnings
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );
    @ini_set( ‘display_errors’, 0 );

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi, @lupamajor I have contacted my host, and they resolved the issue, the cause of this error was some kclient plugin, they have deleted it and it resolved the problem.

    thanks for fast reply
    now I try to contact my host

    Good morning,
    for the same problem I contacted my host provider (ARUBA) but the answer was to change the index file with the original one of the wp installation …
    too hard for me.
    i tried to disable all references to “KTrafficClient” in the same file (index.php) and the error message seems to disappear. Do you have any idea which plugin or anything else KtrafficClient refers to?
    thank you
    Daniele

    Hi, @danieletuteri I had the same issue and my hosting provider suggests me to do what you did.
    I didn’t understand her at first so I copy the file index.php from my other website that doesn’t have this error to my current index.php and replace it on the error website.
    Then I delete the kclient.php => Everything working fine now.
    Before replace and delete the files, you can download them to your local computer in case of any errors.

    hello, I also have the same problem and I resolved installing wordfence doing scan and then repair files!!
