Alternatively, replacing the file with one from a fresh download may resolve the issue.

Thanks James, but how can I access the wp-config.php file if I cannot enter the WordPress dashboard? Do you know where I have to go instead? Thank you.

Access your server via FTP or SFTP client and use a plain text editor to edit the file remotely.

I have no ideia how to go to the FTP and do that.

Contact your hosting provider and ask them for instructions on using FTP with your hosting account.
