    Hi,

    I’m running a website through WordPress / WooCommerce and I would like to use Stripe. Howeover, when I enable Test Mode to check if Card Bank paiements are working, I got an error message : “Sorry, there is no method of payment available”… : https://snipboard.io/kMYH4l.jpg
    Whereas I configured every shipping methods and test keys as well.

    This message is not displayed on production mode.

    I contacted Stripe support, who said there is no issue with my Stripe account and advice me to reach you.

    I am sorry to hear that you’re experiencing this issue with the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway extension! I am happy to help you sort this out.

    As a first step, please go to WooCommerce > Settings > General on your site’s admin dashboard. Once there, can you please check the General Options section to make sure that the area that you sell/ship to are correct, as well as the default customer location?

    If those settings are all fine, can you please double-check that you’re using Stripe Test keys when Test Mode is active? You can find your Stripe Test keys here. Make sure that Test Mode is enabled on your Stripe account when fetching the test keys.

    If this still doesn’t help, you can test for theme or plugin conflict. Read more about plugin and theme conflicts in our Self-Service Guide.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your answer. I checked every of your recommandations. It seems the problem is caused by WPML plugin… I’m trying to find a solution with the support.
