    We are getting an unknown error when people try to subscribe but have no idea why – can you advise?

    Hi Sarah,

    Does the selected list on the **MailChimp for WP > Top Bar** page require any other fields besides just EMAIL?

    Can you go to **MailChimp for WP > Other** and copy-paste the error message that is shown there, in the debug log?
