Error on Site

After updating plugins this morning I”m seeing an error on my site (www.centraltexastoner.com) and can’t get to the admin. I’ve seen support answers about resetting my plugins via FTP, but I can’t seem to figure out that part – we use Network Solutions and when I click on the FTP area it just takes me to a sales page, making me wonder if we don’t have access to this? Can anyone point me to a better/easy step by step to fixing this? Our office does not have IT or web development – we just use the site to update sales and make occasional posts so no one has expertise in fixing problems like this.
