• After updating plugins this morning I”m seeing an error on my site (www.centraltexastoner.com) and can’t get to the admin. I’ve seen support answers about resetting my plugins via FTP, but I can’t seem to figure out that part – we use Network Solutions and when I click on the FTP area it just takes me to a sales page, making me wonder if we don’t have access to this? Can anyone point me to a better/easy step by step to fixing this? Our office does not have IT or web development – we just use the site to update sales and make occasional posts so no one has expertise in fixing problems like this.

    Thank you.

You can also reset plugins via phpMyAdmin (probably available in your hosting provider’s control panel.

See manually resetting your plugins for details.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
