error on sign up for newsletter

    “Something went wrong. Please try again.” is the error that appears when filling out the form on the homepage – a few days ago it worked fine but now it seems not to.
    on the page https://www.deracheha.org/newsletter/ I have another sign up form and that one says SUBMIT
    This email address has already subscribed – even though I know that it is not subscribed.

    Update: there was a conflict as two sliders were running on the same page. We removed one and now it is working on the desktop. Mobile is still an issue. Thanks

    I cannot figure out why the slide in and the short code for the signup are not working on mobile – any suggestions? https://www.deracheha.org
    I either get the something went wrong error or this email is already subscribed although it isn’t.
    Any advice is appreciated

    Hi @newbee_sue,

    I have tested your site, both home and newsletter pages and the subscription worked from my phone as well as using responsibve mode in PC browser.
    Could you tell me a bit more about where are you testing this with, do you use Android or iPhone, what is the OS version and which browser you are using?
