Error on ship_to_countries array

Hi,
I installed it and followed the description.
But I get the following error:Fatal error: Call to undefined function WC() in /shop/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-weight-country-based-shipping/woocommerce-wc-shipping.php on line 328Line 328 says:
$ship_to_countries = array_keys( WC()->countries->get_shipping_countries() );
any ideas?Thank you
