Error on Settings tab

    Hello boys. I got theme Pique Cafe. I created website on my host, after I finished my job, moved to my friends host (exported SQL, reuploaded ftp files to his host, in SQL changed host and other url’s). Everything is working fine, but just one problem. When Im trying to go into Settings Tab, I press the button, I can see 1second settings and after it goes to error, like redirecting staight.
