Error on Rename and Add new role

    Hi,
    I’m using last version of this plugin and version 4.0 of WordPress.
    I have two error:
    1) When i try add a new role… I see new role in “User Role Editor”, but when I would like to associate it to an user I don’t see the new Role.
    So I go to the “User Role Editor” and I not see the new role.

    2) I renamed the role of “Editor” by mistake in “Contr. Esterno”.
    Now I would restore the name of “Editor”, but the operation is not impossibile.

    Who can help me?

    How can restore the default role in WordPress 4.0?

    Hi,

    1) Please be sure that new role was really added. Refresh User Role Editor page with new role. I suppose some error takes place. What id, name do you use for new role?

    2) This confirms that URE does not work right at your installation. I renamed Editor role back and forward without problems.

    It is needed to understand what the problem prevents URE work correctly at your site. Look at the browser JavaScript console. Do you see any error messages there?
    Setting WP_DEBUG constant to true at wp-config.php file may help to get additional information also.

    Hi Vladimir,
    maybe it is a problem of my server?
    URE not works with permission of folder, right?

    I installa WP and URE in my local server and it work very fine.

    Now I try to active the debug mode of WP and if there is a error in javascript console of my browser.

    I upgrade you soon.

    Yes, URE does not write to the file system. It uses WP database only.
