Error on quiz with many answers

Hi there!

We’re having a problem with the WP Pro Quiz.
We have a personality quiz with only 8 questions but up to 36 answers per question.

When we try to add another question an click on “save”, we’re getting the following:

What to do?
Is there kind of a limit of answers?
