Error on picture upload

    Hi

    I’ve activated logging, and when I create a post in my self-hosted WordPress based website, then in the log I get:

    “Picture upload failed
    Hootsuite: Profile: Facebook Page: MG Kommunikation
    Hootsuite: Status Text: New Post: Aenean faucibus s […]”

    Suggestions?

    Hi,

    Suggestions:

    1. Ensure image matches the required minimum dimensions for a Facebook Page.
    2. Ensure the image is optimized and not extremely large in filesize.
    3. Ensure the image you’re using can be directly accessed via its URL (i.e. no .htaccess or similar blocking)
    4. Ensure outbound access to wpzinc.com, hootsuite.com and ow.ly from your hosting is not being blocked by proxy or firewall rules

    Beyond this, access to the site in question would be needed for further debugging and suggestions to resolve.
