    Hello, I’m having problems with payments on my website.
    I can’t receive payments or make purchases because it keeps saying “error”
    Nothing is working. Even when people log into their paypal through my website product page, it keeps saying error. I checked in with Paypal customer service and the fault is not from their end.
    I tried purchasing a product on my page to pay with a credit card and also debit card and same thing happened. It keeps saying error. I’m not able to make any purchases on my shopping cart. So HELP!

    First I’d like to apologize for our delay in getting back to you here, especially for a critical payment issue such as this!

    Based on the issue that you’re seeing, I’d like to see what the communication between our plugin and Braintree looks like when this error is occurring. We can do this by enabling debug logging for the gateway. In order to avoid sharing sensitive information publicly, could you please raise a support request via our support form mentioning this thread so we can follow up and examine the logs from your site there?
