Error on page with 2 maps

I created a multiform for the client that collects information for the valuation of the transport of goods. I used the plugin twice on the page because we want the customer to choose the pick-up and delivery location, but there is a problem in the browser console and it affects the operation of the entire form.

After completing the form in the first stage, going to the second stage and filling in all the fields, it does not go to the third stage, it only displays information that the form fields are empty.

Can it be fixed somehow?
