I have been using this plugin for a year now, and I just started having an issue. I believe WordPress updated, which may not be compatible with the plugin now.

    THE ISSUE:
When I am on the WooCommerce ORDERS page I have a some orders in the PROCESSING status. As usual, I select an order, and from the BULK ACTIONS dropdown I choose PRINT INVOICE and click APPLY.

I am being sent to a page that says “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

I also uninstalled and then installed it to see if it would fix it, but it didn’t.

    WordPress version 6.0.2
    WooCommerce version 6.8.2
Print Invoice & Delivery version 4.6.5

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hi @derekebye,

This issue is not replicated on our site. We have checked this issue with the same versions as you said and turned on debugging but we haven’t gotten any message.

Please can you send us a screenshot at which point this error is shown?

    Regards,
    Moksha.

    Hi @derekebye,

When we selected order and from the bulk actions dropdown we choose “Print Invoice” and click apply, and automatically selected orders are printed.

Please try to disable all the other plugins and check this issue.
