Error on my website due to Post Grid

  • Hi,

    I’ve had big problems on my website. I kept falling on 504 errors. First, I thought it came from the server, which it didn’t.

    So I deactivated all my plugins, and found out Post Grid was at the origin of the crash… I’ve paid a pro license for that, could you please give me an explanation to this problem or refund for the license ?
